Messy Church is a chance for all ages to come together as a community and have fun, while getting to know God.
We meet in church from 3:30pm with snacks, drinks and board games as people gather after school. Our activities get underway at 4pm and we spend 40 minutes doing crafts, games and challenges to help us think about our theme. We quickly tidy up before our 15 minute celebration, which consists of songs, a story and prayer, then head over to our parish centre where we share a meal together and get to know one another a bit better.
We meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month during term time - there is no need to book and we can cater for different dietary requirements. Messy Church is free but we suggest a donation of £1 if you are eating with us, or feel free to bring a packed tea if you prefer.
Our last Messy Church of this term will be Wednesday 11th July.
